So after Lincoln was born it took me a good month before I felt like myself again. I feel like for that month I totally deserved the worst mother award. I had no energy or strength to take my kids to do anything fun. So one day Bridger heard the tractor out the front door. I don't let me kids play in the front yard hardly ever unless I am out there, but I told him if he sat in one spot so I could look out the front he could. He wanted to watch the tractors. They were planting potatos in the field and he was AMAZED. Seriously hours passed. I kept saying don't you want to come in? No Mom. At one point he came running in ecstatic. "MOM MOM the guy waved at me!" It was so cute to see him so excited. Not to long after the door bell rang. I panicked but had just checked on him. Here on the door step was Bridger and the farmer. I know the owners of the field well but didn't know the guy in this tractor. I could tell he was a good good guy. He asked if Bridger could ride with him to plant a few rows. I thought and thought. He told me his name. I felt like it was ok. Bridger wanted to go so bad. He said it would take about 15 minutes to go up a row and back. So I let him. Right after I called Jaman to make sure he thought it was ok. He said "YES those farmers are nice and he will be fine". It is sad that we live in a world that we do that I even have to worry. So Bridger loaded up. You can tell on his face how excited he was. 15 minutes later he was back and begging to go again. This kids LOVES trucks and tractors. I am thankful for the wonderful man who took 15 minutes of his time to make this kids day! Bridger said I talked the whole time about spiders and the list went on.

Preschool Graduate
Taylor graduated from preschool. I have sure loved her to be able to go to preschool. She already knew everything they taught but it was so good for her socially. She is our little social butterfly so it was good for her to be able to get out and spend time with her little friends. Her teacher was wonderful and did so many fun hands on things with the kids. It was quite the graduation. They walked in to the famous graduation song. Then they sang lots of songs that they had learned. Then we had a slide show of pictures of all the activities through the year. Then they received their certificates. We are so proud of Taylor. We love her so much. I am not ready to send her to school everyday next year. Even if it is a half day. I am going to miss her.

2 Months
They truly do grow up so fast. I am thankful I get to take pictures and have them to remember all these precious times. I had to post a crying one because every day we have lots of that. Being a mother is so wonderful but I would be lying if I said every day was bliss and every day was easy. I heard the other day a quote that has really hit home to me. "We have bad days so we recognize and appreciate the good ones". Isn't this so true. Sometimes there may only be 5 minutes of perfect harmony in our home where there is no kids fighting and no crying kids but that is ok. I know I am doing what I am supposed to be doing and I am learning to treasure even the hard times. Lincoln at 2 months you hold your head up really well. You will look at about anyone and give them a good grin. You love to be outside. You love to be held. You are spoiled rotten. You are LOVED!

Blessing Day!
You were so happy the morning of your blessing. I love each morning when you wake up and are so happy but this day you were extremely happy.
By the time I got you dressed you were so so tired. You were in such a daze. We are so non traditional when it comes to the boys blessing clothes. We are not big fans of the little boys white outfits. So Bridger was blessed in this same outfit.
I hope you become the man your dad is. He is such a wonderful man who honors and respects his Priesthood authority. This was such a special day in your life. You were given an amazing blessing. You were blessed with many things. I know you will grow to be a wonderful boy and young man. You were surrounded by Dad, Grandpa Richard, Uncle Justin, Uncle Ty, Uncle Ryan, Uncle Dustin, Uncle John, and Uncle Cayd.(Grandpa Burdette had surgery 2 days before and was unable to attend). You had lots of family support there. I am thankful Dad was able to use his Priesthood authority this day. I am thankful for his worthiness. He loves you so much and so do I. After the blessing we had a wonderful brunch at our house. It was a great day. It is always my favorite thing to gather as family.

In the life of Lincoln
We have loved Lincoln to pieces from the moment he entered this life. The first night he was so perfect and Jaman and I both thought "WE FINALLY have a MELLOW baby". Ha Ha tricks on us. Lincoln has been quite the fussy baby. For the first month I think I was the only one that could hold him and get him to stop crying. Even through all the crying we couldn't stop loving him. Every morning the first thing the kids want to do is hold him. Even if he is crying. They didn't mind. You are a pretty good sleeper though. My best yet. I put you to bed at about 9:30. You sleep until 2:30am or 3:00am. Wake up for a quick feeding then back to bed until 5:00am. This is the time you wake up want to eat and need a diaper change. Back to sleep until 7:30am. I know that is not sleeping through the night. We don't really know what that is in our house and who knows if we here in the Brunson home will ever know if it really exists. But just as lots of friends say. Baby 3 is magic. I truly believe it is. For some reason I treasure those night feedings. I love love when I can see his face faintly in the night light and he is looking right up at me grinning and cooing. How do you not treasure that. It is so peaceful. Him and I are the only ones awake. I wish I treasured these times more with the other two. I was just so worried about getting them to sleep through the night. You love your brother and sister. You love to have them around and when you get left alone on the floor or in your bouncer you quickly let us know you need company. You have spent a lot of time being packed around with mom in the baby bjorn. Totally the greatest invention in the world. Everyday life can be carried on with you attached. Three hasn't been near as bad as what I expected. We can't picture our life without you.
Your sister made you and her these crowns a few days after coming home. You are definitely a handsome prince.
Oh what would we do without Grandma. It was so nice having my mom come. The kids were spoiled with play while I was in the hospital. Grandma played whatever they wanted. Game after game and craft after craft. I love my mom so much. She has taught me by being such a wonderful example of what a mother should be. I hope to be half of what she is someday.
Every morning at our house looks something like this
Bridger loves his little brother so much. He always asks when he is going to be big enough to play cars, gun, etc. with him. He is so protective of him.
Lincoln loves his dad and especially loves to be outside. This evening he helped Jaman mow the lawn. He loved it so much he fell asleep on his lap.
Lincoln loves Taylor. He knows her voice and she is constantly singing to him. She can get him to smile a lot. He has definitely brought out the little mother in her.
You love your baths and showering. Anytime we can't get you to quit crying we just put you in water and you are done crying.
