Story of our life lately!

So the past while we have been tilling up our weed patch back yard and leveling it. The previous home owner never put a sprinkler system in or had grass in the back only the front. So we have been working so hard getting it tilled and leveled and raked so we could get the sprinker system in. So today I hear lots of men digging tractors and it makes me so HAPPY to know we are now going to have a sprinkling system and get to soon have grass. Oh the things that make home owners happy!!!! Now hopefully the curbing guy can get here this week and get the curbing done and then we can work on my favorite. Planting bushes and doing some landscaping. Now when can the sun start shining again. Where are you spring???

My mighty mouse hunter!

When you live in the country out this far you get a bigger chance of dealing with...yep mice. I hate mice. I loose sleep after knowing one has been in the house. We have 5 bathrooms in our house..yep five. Don't know who in their right mind has 5 bathrooms but we didn't really have a choice. So we had gotten 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms cleaned and painted. I had left one bedroom and one bathroom unpainted for rainy day projects. Lets just say we were burnt out of painting and we weren't needing 5 bathrooms for us and the kids. So I just shut the doors and would go in and flush the toilet once a week so we didn't get hard water build up. Well one particular day I went in and this bathroom stunk like dead. I was like what on earth. So I started freaking out and thought there was a dead mouse in the wall. So when Jaman got home he did research and figured out a mouse climbed down this hole. I am like no way could a mouse climb the wall and get in this hole so I made him open the wall up more. Sure enough there was a mouse but it was not dead. It was alive. So my mighty hunter made this spear with a fish hook and we no longer have that mouse. It was so hilarious trying to watch him get it. I really hate mice. But they get in your garage then we found how they got in and had literally chewed through sheet rock in the garage. I hate these little buggers. I think we found our problem so we should't have no more mice.

Bridger update!

Love this little guy! He is getting so big so fast. He is quite the little stinker at times and has drawn on the wall countless times. Taylor never was this bad at doing that. He sleeps good in his big queen bed. Never gets out when I lay him down. Has many teeth and is such a fluent talker. He talks really well. Talks in 3-4 word sentences. His favorite being " Don't like it" He and Taylor are playing so much better together. Which makes for a happier mom. He loves to sing. He loves cars. He LOVES to be outside. He is a terrible eater. Still insists on having a bottle at night and nap time. The only time. Really has me wrapped around his finger. Won't stay by me at stores hence he always has to ride in the cart. Likes nursery after the first 5 minutes. He won't leave my lap until I sit in there with him for a little while. Absolutley adores his cute neighbor Hadley that is his age. Always talks about the potty and sits on it all the time. Don't even want to go there Bridger. Is 20 months old. I can't believe in 4 months he will be two.

Easter Clothes

Why is such a challenge to ever get a good picture of my kids sitting steal....either Bridger won't sit still or Taylor loves to try to be funny. This was my attempt to get a picture of the kids in their easter clothes. All I can say is good luck Melissa ( my sis in law) for this summers family picture. After looking at these attempts she may just opt out when I ask her to take them again. Oh well still love my kids to pieces. Even if Taylor thinks sticking her finger up her nose is funny.
