Fun at Grandpa and Grandma Brunson's

Taylor loved getting in the hot tub every night with her dad. Of course I couldn't get in because of being pregnant. Such sacrifices when you are pregnant.
Taylor loved feeding the goat. We would always catch her over by the goat cage with hay in her hands. Between both of our parents houses I felt like Taylor had a whole farm.
Riding the goat. And yes the goat in on a leash. Not everyday you see that.
Taylor enjoying the swing. Grandpa B. I think had plenty of turns pushing Taylor. Thanks Grandpa.

Our little piano player

Taylor loved the piano. She would play it anytime she could get. She would sing her own little song as she played.
Her is Taylor and Brynn playing a song together. Brynn is her closest girl cousin to her age. They had good times.

We no longer make messes....We make Memories (Our new family motto)

This past month in the Ensign an article really hit home to me and I loved every bit of it. It was about the Joy in nurturing your little ones. After reading it I decided I wanted to make a few changes. I decided that I was going to stop trying to always have our house spotless clean, worry about Taylor making so many messes, and spending so much time trying so hard to have a perfect home. From that article came our new family motto. We no longer make messes...We make memories. So tonight I let Taylor help me shuck the corn and we made a big mess but I think we made us a little memory. For me anyway. She had so much fun and from now on when I shuck corn I will remember the first time Taylor and I shucked corn together and the fun we had and the mess we made!! So for all you mom's out there. Take the time to make memories and don't worry so much about the mess. A mess can be picked up but a chance for a memory not taken is gone. Cherish every second!!! They are only little once!!!

A day out with Taylor

Here is some pictures of another mom and me day. A big group of moms and their kids had a day out!!
It was so much fun spending the day with Taylor. It was fun to climb and go on rides with her. For a moment there I felt like a little kid and other moments I realized how old and out of shape I am.
There is nothing better than to make memories with your kid and see them so happy and smiling.

Our Little Family is slowly getting bigger!!!

Well since most of you here in the complex found out tonight and most family know I thought I would officially post that we are expecting!!! Yeah! We are so excited to get to have another child come into our lives. Being parents is so rewarding. Times may be tuff but your rewards are great. I am 14 and a half weeks along so we will have a new one joining us in the first of October. Taylor is so ready for a brother or sister and will be such a big helper. She kisses my belly everyday and says baby!! We are trying to get her to tell us if it is a boy or girl. We will be happy either way!! Although Jaman would like a little hunter to take along him. I guess we will find out in 5 weeks.

Big Girl Bed & Best Friend

About 2 and a half weeks ago the crib came down and Taylor moved to a big bed. She has a whole queen to herself. We took it off the frame and put her memory foam topper on top the mattress and she is now officially a big girl. A spoiled big girl. We already had the extra bed so we thought we would give it a shot without buying a toddler bed. She is doing amazing. I am so proud of her. She goes right to sleep and even will go upstairs and put herself down for a nap. Horray for big girl beds!!! Here is her and her friend Jocelyn playing on her bed. They have good times together!!
Two cute girls making memories!!
